Model JC-A102 is a mid-height motorcycle riding shoe designed for urban commuting, light touring, and daily street riding. The shoe combines a water-resistant PU leather outer panel with breathable mesh inserts in the vamp and tongue area, providing a balance of weather protection and ventilation for riding in temperatures from 10°C to 32°C. TPU protective panels are integrated into the toe box and heel counter for impact resistance during gear shifting and low-speed falls. The shoe uses a traditional lace closure system with a hook-and-loop ankle strap for secure fit adjustment. It is available in EU sizes 39 through 46 and supports custom logo printing, colorway selection, and OEM/ODM design modifications for commercial orders.
The upper uses a dual-material construction. The toe box, heel counter, and lateral side panels are made from 1.4 mm thick PU leather with a water-repellent coating, tested to resist water penetration for 30 minutes under a 60 mm water column (SATRA PM34 method). The vamp, tongue, and medial ankle panels incorporate 3D spacer mesh with a measured air permeability of 280 mm/s (tested per ISO 9237 at 100 Pa pressure drop), allowing airflow to reduce foot perspiration during warm-weather riding. The mesh panels are edged with PU leather binding for fray resistance and structural support.
The inner lining is a moisture-wicking polyester mesh with a brushed surface, tested to absorb 180% of its weight in water while maintaining structural integrity. A removable EVA insole with a molded arch support provides cushioning during walking between rides. The insole thickness measures 5 mm at the heel and 3 mm at the forefoot, with a density of 45 kg/m³. The shoe does not include a removable thermal liner; for riding below 10°C, the manufacturer recommends pairing with thermal socks rated for the target temperature range.
A 2.5 mm thick TPU protective panel covers the toe box, extending from the toe tip to the first metatarsal joint, to shield against gear lever abrasion and low-speed impact. A second TPU counter is embedded in the heel area, measuring 3 mm at the posterior point and tapering to 1.5 mm at the edges, providing rearfoot stability and impact absorption. The ankle collar incorporates 8 mm thick closed-cell foam padding on the medial and lateral sides for comfort during long rides.
The outsole is constructed from a rubber compound with a measured Shore A hardness of 68 ± 2, selected for grip on pavement and wet surfaces. The tread pattern features multi-directional lugs with a depth of 3.5 mm around the perimeter and a flat, textured pedal zone in the forefoot area for consistent foot placement on motorcycle footpegs. Coefficient of friction testing records 0.72 on dry asphalt and 0.58 on wet asphalt, measured per SATRA TM144 with a 400 N normal load. The outsole is cement-bonded to the upper using a polyurethane adhesive, with a reinforced double-stitch seam at the heel and toe for bond durability.
Silver-grade reflective strips (measuring 20 mm × 80 mm) are applied to the heel counter and lateral ankle panel on both shoes. The reflective material has a measured retroreflectivity of 350 cd/lx/m² at a 0.2-degree observation angle, meeting EN ISO 20471 Class 2 requirements for high-visibility accessories. The strips are bonded with a heat-activated adhesive and are not machine-washable.

Commercial buyers can select from 5 standard colorways (black, black-grey, navy, brown, and olive) or request custom Pantone color matching for orders exceeding 1,000 pairs. Logo printing is available on the tongue label, heel panel, and ankle strap, using screen printing or heat transfer methods. OEM production supports modifications to upper material composition, outsole tread pattern, and TPU protection panel shape. ODM services include full product development from concept sketch to production-ready sample, with a development cycle of 35–45 days. The factory holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and has 11 years of motorcycle footwear production experience, with an annual capacity of 450,000 pairs.
The minimum order quantity is 500 pairs per colorway for standard production, with mixed size ratios available based on buyer-provided regional demand data. Standard production lead time is 25–30 days after sample confirmation. Each pair is packed in an individual shoe box with a tissue paper wrap and desiccant packet, with 12 pairs per master carton measuring 65 cm × 45 cm × 35 cm and weighing 14 kg. Quality inspection follows a three-stage process: incoming material testing, in-line production checks at 20%, 50%, and 80% completion, and final random sampling at AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. A 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (sole delamination, stitching failure, material defects) is provided.
Standard production covers EU sizes 39 through 46. For OEM orders exceeding 2,000 pairs, extended size ranges (EU 37–48) can be accommodated with additional mold development. Size charts with foot length measurements in millimeters are provided for all available sizes.
The PU leather panels have a water-repellent coating that resists light rain and road spray for up to 30 minutes under a 60 mm water column. The mesh panels are not waterproof, as they are designed for ventilation. The shoes are not intended for riding in sustained heavy rain or through standing water.
Clean the PU leather panels with a damp cloth and mild pH-neutral soap. Use a soft-bristle brush for dirt in the mesh panels, taking care not to snag the mesh fibers. Do not machine wash or fully immerse the shoes, as this can degrade the adhesive bond between the outsole and upper and damage the reflective strips. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources. Apply a PU leather conditioner every 3–6 months to maintain the water-repellent coating.
Bulk orders support custom logo printing on the tongue, heel, and ankle strap; Pantone color matching for orders over 1,000 pairs; custom outsole tread patterns for orders over 2,000 pairs; and modifications to TPU protection panel shape and thickness. Branded packaging (custom shoe boxes, hang tags, tissue paper with logo) is available for orders over 1,000 pairs. Sample development takes 10–15 days for logo and color modifications, and 35–45 days for full ODM product development.
