2099-1
Model 2099-S is a TPU injection-molded football shoe outsole designed for footwear manufacturers, sports equipment brands, and bulk procurement partners. The outsole is produced as a standalone component, compatible with cementing and strobel assembly processes used in athletic footwear production. It is formulated for use on natural grass and compacted dirt training surfaces, with a stud configuration that supports traction during sprinting, lateral movement, and sudden direction changes. The outsole is available in EU sizes 32 through 46, covering youth through adult foot sizes, and supports custom logo engraving, tread pattern adjustment, and material hardness tuning for OEM and ODM orders.
The outsole is injection-molded from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with a measured Shore A hardness of 65 ± 3. The TPU compound is selected for its balance of abrasion resistance, flex fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability under repeated impact loading. Internal DIN abrasion testing (ISO 4649 method) records a volume loss of 120 mm³ per 40 meters of abrasive travel, compared to 210 mm³ for a standard PVC outsole baseline tested under the same conditions. The material retains flexibility at temperatures down to -10°C and resists softening at surface temperatures up to 50°C.
The outsole features 14 molded studs arranged in a perimeter-weighted pattern: 6 bladed studs (12 mm length) along the forefoot and medial edge for linear traction, and 8 conical studs (8 mm length) in the heel and midfoot region for rotational grip. The stud base diameter measures 12 mm for bladed studs and 10 mm for conical studs, with a 3 mm radius at the stud-to-plate junction to distribute stress and reduce fracture risk. The tread plate thickness is 4.5 mm at the heel, tapering to 3.2 mm at the forefoot flex groove.

Material | Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) |
Shore Hardness | 65 ± 3 Shore A |
DIN Abrasion (ISO 4649) | 120 mm³ / 40 m |
Stud Count | 14 (6 bladed × 12 mm, 8 conical × 8 mm) |
Outsole Weight (size 42) | 185 g |

Coefficient of friction testing on dry natural grass records 0.82, and on wet natural grass records 0.68, measured per a modified SATRA TM144 protocol with a 500 N normal load. The outsole is not designed for use on artificial turf or indoor hard courts, as the stud length may cause excessive surface grip and increase ankle torsion risk on those surfaces.

OEM production supports manufacturing according to buyer-provided drawings and material specifications, with full technical documentation exchange during the development phase. ODM services cover tread pattern redesign, stud layout modification, TPU hardness adjustment (range 55–75 Shore A), and color matching using Pantone references. Logo engraving is available on the heel plate and medial arch area, with a minimum depth of 0.3 mm. Mold opening lead time for new tread designs is 20–25 days, and first-article samples are provided for dimensional and material verification before mass production.
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pairs per colorway for standard production, with small-batch trial orders of 300 pairs available for new product development at a revised unit price. Standard production lead time is 15–25 days after sample confirmation, depending on order volume and customization scope. Each outsole is packed in a polyethylene bag, with 50 pairs per export carton measuring 60 cm × 40 cm × 30 cm and weighing 12 kg. Production runs undergo incoming material testing, in-line dimensional checks at three production stages, and final random sampling at AQL 2.5. A 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (cracking, delamination, dimensional non-conformance) is provided for confirmed production issues.
Standard custom orders require 1,000 pairs per colorway. Trial orders of 300 pairs are available for product development purposes, with unit pricing adjusted to reflect smaller production volume. Orders below 300 pairs are not supported for custom configurations.
Yes. The ODM program supports modifications to stud length (range 6–14 mm), stud shape (bladed, conical, hybrid), and stud layout. New tread patterns require mold opening, with a lead time of 20–25 days and a separate mold fee. Existing mold modifications to stud length only can be completed in 10–15 days.
The outsole is compatible with cementing (adhesive bonding), strobel (side-stitch), and direct injection assembly processes. A surface treatment primer is applied during production to improve adhesive bond strength for cementing processes. Technical support is provided to manufacturing partners during initial assembly trials to verify bond integrity.
Each production batch includes a material certificate covering TPU composition, Shore hardness, and DIN abrasion test results. Dimensional inspection reports covering stud length, outsole length, and plate thickness are available on request. Factory audit reports (ISO 9001:2015) and third-party lab test reports can be provided for qualified commercial orders.
